Adrian Berezowsky

Mr. Berezowsky is Vice President at Dynamic Environmental Associates (DEA), a nationwide environmental and regulatory consulting firm, with daily responsibilities including business development, management and technical oversight of projects as well as administrative and financial duties for the company.

He has worked in the wireless infrastructure industry since 2007 having helped to found IVI Telecom Services, Inc., a nationwide environmental consulting firm which also specialized in environmental and regulatory due diligence for wireless infrastructure development. IVI was acquired by CBRE in late 2014 where he served as Senior Managing Director until 2018 after which he founded BirchCo, Inc., a boutique firm specializing in regulatory and environmental oversight for commercial projects, whose operations were merged into DEA’s in early 2020.

Adrian attended The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science & Art (Bachelor of Architecture) and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is active in various industry associations including being a member and founder of NATE's Environmental and Regulatory Task Force, a former board member, Events Co Chair and Executive Committee Vice President of the NY Wireless Association, a former Board member and Regulatory Chair of the PA Wireless Association and former Regulatory Co Chair and founder of the WIA Environmental Working Group.

He lives in the lower Hudson Valley of New York with his wife and three young boys and enjoys spending time with them as well as mountain biking, reading and attending various events of the Ukrainian diaspora.

Alberto Arroyo

Alberto Arroyo brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector to his role on the TIWA Advisory Council. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, securing key partnerships, and leading large-scale infrastructure deployments for major carriers. Alberto has spearheaded multi-million-dollar telecommunications projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership in business development and project management. His experience spans a wide range of telecommunications projects, from fiber and in-building wireless to macro expansion and data center deployments. He is passionate about delivering innovative solutions and driving growth in the wireless industry.


Ray Crews

Ray brings nearly 25 years of experience in Wireless Sales and Operations, mainly focused in indoor and outdoor Infrastructure. A former founding member NEDAS, we’re excited to have Ray as a member of our Advisory Council. 

Tony Eigen

Tony, based out of Chicago, has 20-plus years serving in product, channel, and marketing leadership roles with networking infrastructure and serivce providers operating in the US and internationally. Currently, head of marketing for Streetline Technologies, a California-based provider of AI-based smart parking solutions deployed at major enterprises like Apple and Meta, and rolled out with municipal and state governmental agencies to serve local communities and the transportation vertical. Past roles included product and market management leadership at multinational companies Nokia and Extreme Networks, in addition to more recently owning strategic marketing programs and corporate communications with wireless providers Extenet Systems and Geoverse, which have delivered in building connectivity to some of the most marquee properties in the US. These paths have afforded a deep understanding of networking and solution architectures across the in-building landscape and the operating environments of service providers, enterprise verticals, and government.

Luke Lucas

Luke Lucas has been a part of T-Mobile’s Inbuilding program since 2015, where he spearheaded the Inbuilding entrepreneurial team that enhanced T-Mobile's Nationwide Inbuilding Connectivity and Smart Community Solutions under the Build Your Own Coverage program.

Darlene Braunschweig

Darlene began her career leading the national In-Building Wireless organization at Sprint/Nextel, where she built and managed a 150+-person team delivering more than 4,200 DAS installations annually and consistently exceeded revenue targets. She later served as SVP of Sales, Operations & Marketing at Corning/MobileAccess, driving global carrier growth and expanding distribution channels.

As General Manager of Tempest/BlueStream’s Wireless Division, she oversaw more than 200 employees, expanded revenues from $8M to over $30M, and led the successful sale of the Tempest DAS unit. At JMA Wireless, she launched the enterprise-focused GTM model that significantly accelerated revenue growth and expanded multi-vertical adoption.

As CRO of Strategic Venue Partners, Darlene designed and executed the vendor-pays and venue-pays managed services model, securing $100M in assets under long-term contract and building a $500M enterprise pipeline.

Today, as CEO of Resolution Wireless/Suncoast Power, she leads national strategy for advanced wireless, electrical, and enterprise connectivity programs. She transformed a small commercial electrical contractor from $300K to $15M in annual revenue and expanded operations into Wi-Fi, WI-DAS, DAS, ERRCS, IPTV, rooftop management, LED, and carrier onboarding.

Her portfolio includes deployments for Resorts World Las Vegas, Marriott, Disney Parks, URW, Boeing, Intel, Borgata, and major stadium, casino, healthcare, education, MDU, and enterprise clients. Widely regarded as a trusted industry strategist, Darlene is known for converting technical, financial, and operational complexity into clear business outcomes—delivering long-term enterprise value, scalable revenue, and carrier-grade performance.

Charley Fjeldal

Charley Fjeldal is a wireless industry professional with over 20 years’ practical experience. His background spans field operations, RF engineering support, sustainability initiatives, fleet and safety management, and the commercialization of data-driven solutions geared towards mobile network performance, CRE, FinTech, transportation, and infrastructure sectors.

He brings a practical, field-tested perspective combined with strategic leadership, focused on improving connectivity, operational reliability, and the end-user’s wireless experience.

In serving on the Advisory Council, Charley aims to support industry collaboration and help shape the future of in-building wireless performance and standards.

Ezra Hug

With over two decades of experience in wireless business development and implementation, Ezra currently serves as Director of Business Development at Airtower Networks. His focus is on deploying cutting-edge wireless solutions, including DAS, WiFi, CBRS, and Public Safety networks, across the Healthcare, Commercial Real Estate, and SLED sectors. By addressing the challenges of aging 3G/4G infrastructure, his team enables seamless connectivity for clients through strategic partnerships and creative funding solutions.

Previously, as Director of Carrier Sales and Operations at Airwavz Solutions, Ezra played a pivotal role in executing high-impact contracts, such as a landmark 4G/5G deployment for Hackensack University Medical Center and University of Maryland Medical Center. His expertise includes fostering strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and delivering tailored connectivity solutions. Passionate about problem-solving and collaboration, he aims to contribute to advancing connectivity and empowering organizations through innovative wireless technologies.

Scott Pereira

Scott is a well-respected leader in the in-building wireless industry, both in Canada and internationally. With over two decades of experience in telecommunications, he has worked with major players across the ecosystem, including mobile network operators, equipment vendors, system integrators, and software companies. In his new advisory role at the In-Building Wireless Association (TIWA), Scott will oversee initiatives in the Canadian region, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and extensive network to drive collaboration and innovation. His expertise in wireless communications and network infrastructure, combined with his strong relationships with key stakeholders, positions him to effectively advocate for and advance TIWA’s mission to enhance in-building wireless connectivity.
